Essence Massage & Beauty Spa is a women-focused wellness spa.

Male clients are accepted by referral from an existing female client and are subject to approval.  Male clients are not eligible for introductory or promotional pricing and will be charged regular rates.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Any inappropriate comments, requests, behavior, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session.

No refunds will be provided for sessions terminated due to inappropriate conduct.

Essence Massage & Beauty Spa maintains a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both clients and staff.

Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

Additional reschedules may require a new booking fee or deposit.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may have 100% of the scheduled service charged to the card on file.

All Groupon, gift certificates, and third-party vouchers will be considered redeemed for appointments canceled the same day or missed without notice.

Third-party promotional bookings require a booking fee at the time of scheduling.

Voucher values cannot be transferred to another appointment after a no-show or same-day cancellation.

Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the scheduled service.

If an appointment is canceled outside of the required notice period, the deposit may be forfeited.

Essence Massage & Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, intoxication, failure to follow spa policies, or any situation deemed unsuitable by management.
