All regular clients that want there Husbands or boyfriend to get a massage Please KNOW that they will be charged Full price even if its the first time visiting.

We only allow regular clients "woman" to bring there partners.
Any inappropriate asks or behavior will not be tolerated. Essence Massage and Beauty Spa has the right to refuse service. Refunds will not be given if service is refused due to inappropriate asks, disrespectful acts, same day Cancelation or No show. 

Only accepting 1 reschedule. Certificate/voucher from any 3rd Party will be 100% redeemed if client Cancels appointment, no show and does same day reschedule. 3rd Party Booking requires a $15.00 booking fee. This fee is only waived for special offers (1 week before Mothers day, Back to school special, 3 days before Valentines day, Memorial day, labor day and black Friday)

No-shows will Result in your Credit card charged 100% of the service booked. Cancelation or Same day Reschedule will be charged a $25.00  fee that will be taken out the card registered.
